About the Role: Join KidStrong -A&M YOUTH FITNESS LLC as a Coach and inspire the next generation of athletes! We are seeking passionate individuals to help children develop their fitness skills in a fun and engaging environment.
Call Center 440-496-7588 Responsibilities:
Design and implement age-appropriate fitness programs for youth participants.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions that promote physical activity.
Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their skills.
Monitor and assess the progress of each participant, adjusting programs as needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and achievements.
Stay updated on the latest youth fitness trends and coaching techniques.
Requirements:
Previous experience in coaching, fitness training, or working with youth.
Certification in coaching, personal training, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
Ability to create a fun and energetic learning environment.
Knowledge of youth fitness principles and safe exercise practices.
Enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated to fostering a love for fitness in youth.
First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
