Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Head Football Coach to develop our student-athletes' skills, promote sportsmanship, and cultivate a positive team environment. This role focuses on developing student-athletes both on and off the field by fostering a culture of discipline, academic excellence, and sportsmanship with the Waukesha North community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with conducting practices and training sessions
• Assist with coaching plans to enhance athlete performance
• Teach and reinforce proper football techniques, rules, and safety protocols
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic team culture
• Motivate athletes to achieve their personal and team goals
• Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with school district, WIAA, and Parkland Conference policies
