How you''ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Project Manager CO-OP will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to various business projects and initiatives within the IFS program. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and gain practical experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a desire to make a positive impact on the customer and employee experience. This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in project coordination and communication within a dynamic business environment. The CO-OP will have the chance to learn from and contribute to a diverse team while gaining exposure to the field of Project Management.

Co-op Program Outline
The Co-Op will work at Delta''s World Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a paid position, including additional privileges such as standby travel anywhere in the Delta system while off duty
Co-ops will spend three alternating semesters working full-time at Delta and enrolled in courses at your university
Example: Fall 2026- 1st rotation, Spring 2026- school, Summer 2026- 2nd rotation, Fall 2027- school, and Spring 2027- 3rd rotation
Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.
At the end of the program, you will have one full year experience
