The Co-Manager is responsible for managing the total operation of their assigned store and supervising the store and employees. They will be responsible for the hiring, training and development of all employees, while generating sales through their team, performing outstanding customer service, and maximizing profits by controlling expenses.

Schedule: Mandatory weekend availability

Pay: $28.85

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the sales culture by demonstrating, encouraging and developing all direct reports
• Assist in the planning, preparation and execution of cost effective special events to generate incremental sales
• Track retail sales against goal using the system provided
• Attend training, education and meetings as required
• Actively participate in store theme days, events, and new product launches, along with the mandatory training sessions of M·A·C and partnered stores
• Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized manner
• Perform opening and closing procedures, (i.e. opening cash counts, closing deposits, shift management, etc.) in accordance with Company policies
• Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines
• Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, lighting and props
• Other duties may be assigned

• 3+ years of experience in a lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment OR in retail training
• Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
• Organized, detail oriented, and strong time management skills.
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• Ability to multitask and problem solve
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel. Power Point, Publisher).
• TAM Card may be required depending upon location
• Additional Security clearance may be required depending upon location
• Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be required depending upon location
