Qualifications include experience in construction, real estate, or modular building, with a focus on leveraging AI and technology to scale operations, manage complex projects, and deliver financial results. Strong communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus. Must have U.S. work authorization.
