What Are the Hours?

This is a full-time leadership role with flexible 8-hour workdays. Flexibility is important, including occasional evening availability to support night program operations and campus needs.

What Does the Role Include?

As the Co-Director of Operations with an Emphasis in Education, you will help oversee the daily educational and operational functions of the school while supporting both the leadership team and instructional staff. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and mentoring education team members• Helping drive educational excellence and student success• Assisting with school operations, inspections, and compliance• Monitoring goals, performance metrics, and student outcomes• Supporting hiring, coaching, and team development• Helping create a positive, motivating school culture• Collaborating with leadership on growth opportunities and strategic initiatives• Ensuring a clean, professional, and inspiring learning environment

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license or cosmetology instructor license required• Experience working in a cosmetology school or private education environment preferred• Leadership or management experience preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Organizational and problem-solving abilities• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Strong leadership mindset with a positive attitude• Passion for coaching, education, and culture
