Seeking a hands-on CNC Operator / Support Technician to support precision manufacturing of bioprocessing components.
Responsibilities include
- Operating CNC machines (mills, lathes) to produce parts per specifications
- Loading raw materials, monitoring performance, and making adjustments
- Performing post-machining fabrication and finishing with hand tools
- Inspecting parts with measurement tools and interpreting blueprints
- Performing routine maintenance, following SOPs, safety, and quality standards
- Documenting production activities and collaborating on process improvements
Qualifications include - High school diploma or equivalent, technical training preferred
- 0-2+ years manufacturing or mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail, ability to read drawings, and work independently or in teams
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with fabrication, carpentry, or welding is a plus
Compensation ranges from $20-$23/hour, with benefits, bonuses, and potential equity.
