Quick facts

Your impact

  • Put safety ahead of everything—follow procedures, report risks, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
  • Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical prints to pinpoint faults and plan repairs.
  • Lead equipment moves—installations, removals, relocations—and ensure utilities and systems are ready.
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems using their schematics as your guide.
  • Apply Lockout/Tagout without exception during service.
  • Tackle additional duties that keep operations humming.

What you bring

  • 3+ years working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery in manufacturing.
  • 3+ years maintaining CNC and manual machines; High School Diploma, Trade school credential, or GED preferred.
  • 2+ years troubleshooting hydraulic/pneumatic circuits and facility systems (heating, cooling, general building).
  • 2+ years reading blueprints/mechanical drawings and electrical schematics/wiring diagrams.
  • 2+ years using precision tools—micrometers, gauges, meters, calipers, and more.

  • Technically sharp with strong mechanical aptitude and a safety/CI mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and teaming with others.
  • Clear communicator (spoken and written English).
  • Calm, analytical problem-solver in fast-moving, technical environments.

Preferred education

HS Diploma or GED Equivalent Preferred.

Environment and physicals

  • Industrial setting with exposure to noise, temperature extremes, fumes, and chemicals.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs; kneel, bend, climb ladders, work in tight spaces; stand and walk for long periods.
  • Work at elevation (e.g., on a scissor lift).

Pay and details

Pay Range: Starting pay will be $23.10 - $35.00 per hour based on experience. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Compensation decisions weigh skills, experience, training, credentials, and business needs. The posted range does not include geographic differentials. It’s uncommon to begin at the top of the range; offers reflect individual circumstances.
