CNC Swiss Lead
Reports To: Production Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY: The Swiss Lead is responsible for overseeing all inspection, set up, preventative maintenance, upkeep, and proper usage of the Star or Citizen Swiss machine.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Sets up and operates a Star or Citizen Swiss machine as needed
· Interchanges cutting tools within the Star or Citizen Swiss machine as needed
· Monitors and maintains fluid levels within Star or Citizen Swiss machine as needed
· Cleans Star or Citizen Swiss machine before and after use as needed
· Oversees the cleanliness and safety of Swiss Operators workstations
· Ensures Swiss Operators load bar feeder continuously over the course of their shift
· Ensures Swiss Operators produces parts to Dimensional Control Plan (DCP)
· Performs preventative maintenance and reports higher level machine issues to supervisor as needed
· Follows all necessary work instructions and procedures as laid out by company’s QMS (ISO)
· Reports quality updates to supervisor daily
· Follows all established work instructions and standard operating procedures, including the “setup procedure list”
· Follows all internal, OSHA, and outside agency safety regulations
· Monitors the upcoming parts schedule and anticipates tooling for upcoming job
· Monitors production of task in/task out times and daily production activity
· Assists with supervision and discipline of other Swiss Operators as needed
· Monitors all setups to ensure compliance and accuracy in relation to the setup procedures
· Performs all other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Education and/or Experience – 3-5 years manufacturing experience with CNC control experience required, Star or Citizen Swiss experience preferred, IQMS preferred but not required
· Language Skills – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common internal data reports,
