Role Snapshot

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to code and plant standards
  • Perform advanced diagnostics on CNC machines and industrial robots
  • Investigate failures, identify root causes, and implement durable countermeasures
  • Modify and debug PLC ladder logic using appropriate software tools
  • Maintain solid-state devices and integrated control systems
  • Own independent repairs and provide on-the-spot guidance to teammates
  • Complete preventive/corrective maintenance to maximize uptime
  • Respond rapidly to production needs to minimize downtime
  • Act as the on-shift lead when supervisors are not present

What You Bring

  • Industrial electrical foundation with automation, CNC, and robotics experience
  • Proven troubleshooting ability for complex electrical and control issues
  • Applied knowledge of electrical theory and related formulas in manufacturing
  • Experience programming/diagnosing PLCs and ladder logic
  • Independent, fast-paced work style with minimal supervision
  • Analytical, proactive approach to problem solving
  • Flexibility to work overtime to meet production demand
  • Consistent, dependable attendance
  • Dedication to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Team-first attitude

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school; or 5+ years relevant experience/training; or an equivalent combination
