Job TitleJoin this well-established, innovation-driven manufacturing organization!Job DescriptionDevelop and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software for a variety of machined components. Create efficient manufacturing processes to support production and prototype work. Troubleshoot machining and quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Set up and prove out new programs, ensuring reliability and performance. Generate tooling strategies, recommend cost-effective improvements, and order required tooling. Create detailed setup sheets, tool lists, and process documentation for shop floor teams. Support operators, technicians, and junior programmers with technical guidance. Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles to machining processes. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve design for manufacturability. Identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and operational efficiencies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace organization standards. Working knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and ability to edit or create programs. Understanding of G-code and machining fundamentals. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and GD&T requirements. Experience selecting tooling, feeds, speeds, and cutting strategies based on material and application. Ability to troubleshoot machining or process issues effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
