Job Details

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

JOB DUTIES:
- Develop and program CNC mill and lathe operations to produce precision components based on engineering requirements
- Use CAM software (such as Inventor CAM, Fusion 360, or Mastercam X9) to create and optimize machining programs
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate programming output
- Support machining processes by ensuring programs are practical and effective for shop floor execution on Fanuc-controlled equipment
- Troubleshoot and refine CNC programs to improve cycle time, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to develop and improve manufacturing processes
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve workflow efficiency
- Provide guidance or support to machinists on program intent and machining strategy when needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency in at least one CAM system: Inventor CAM, Fusion 360, or Mastercam X9
- Solid understanding of CNC machining processes for mills and/or lathes
- Experience working with Fanuc-controlled CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Strong understanding of how CNC programs translate to real-world machining operations
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
