Requirements: 2+ years of CNC programming experience required. 2+ years of combined mill and lathe machining experience required. Strong ability to write G-code from scratch and interpret G-code and M-code programs. Experience programming and machining with stainless steel (300 series), Monel, Stellite, and similar materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, specifications, and GD&T. Strong understanding of metric and standard measurement systems. Experience using CAM programming software and tool geometry applications. Strong computer skills related to CNC programming and machining processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet production standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job duties: Program and operate 2, 3, and 4-axis CNC turning centers according to specifications, drawings, and blueprints. Develop CNC programs using Esprit or similar CAM software. Create and maintain setup sheets for CNC lathes of various sizes. Interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications to ensure accurate machining. Apply strong tooling knowledge, cutting theory, and tool quadrant understanding to optimize machining processes. Write and edit G-code as needed to support production requirements. Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly in a manufacturing environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals.
