Ready to run high-output Hydromat/CNC equipment with precision?
If you thrive on accuracy, teamwork, and smooth-running machinery, this role is for you. You will operate Hydromat/CNC machines and handle their secondary operations to produce quality parts to print.
What you'll do
- Interpret part blueprints, specs, and dimensions before every run.
- Set and adjust tools and offsets; verify proper machine operation.
- Measure with micrometers, calipers, attribute/variable gages, and optical inspection tools.
- Apply quality fundamentals and use statistical tools to monitor processes.
- Execute secondary operations tied to the machining process.
- Follow documented procedures and work instructions at every step.
- Complete preventive maintenance to keep equipment dependable.
- Maintain LEAP/5S organization and meet HSE expectations.
Tech and software
- Measurement instruments: micrometers, calipers, basic gages, optical inspection equipment.
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Plex ERP preferred (or similar manufacturing ERP).
What you bring
- Minimum 1 year of CNC operator experience.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and familiarity with programming codes and machining practices.
- Self-driven, collaborative, positive, and eager to learn.
