CNC Production Manager - High-Volume Machining - Base Salary to 110k/year - Broken Arrow, OK

  • Our client, a growing precision manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Production Manager to lead daily operations within a high-volume CNC machining environment at its Broken Arrow, Oklahoma facility.
  • This leadership role is responsible for driving on-time delivery, quality performance, machine uptime, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven background leading CNC machining operations, improving manufacturing performance metrics, and developing high-performing production teams within a fast-moving manufacturing environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily production operations within a high-volume CNC machining environment producing thousands of precision-machined components each week
  • Drive on-time delivery performance while maintaining quality standards and production efficiency
  • Manage CNC machining operations, including automated production cells and multi-machine manufacturing environments
  • Lead, coach, develop, and hold production personnel accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and performance objectives
  • Monitor and improve manufacturing KPIs including on-time delivery, throughput, yield, quality, productivity, and machine utilization
  • Support and reinforce preventative and proactive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
  • Maintain process discipline and manufacturing standards across all production activities
  • Partner with leadership to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Utilize ERP, MES, and production tracking systems to monitor performance and support operational decision-making
  • Develop employee competency through training, mentoring, and performance management

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within a high-volume CNC machining environment producing thousands of parts per week
  • Direct experience managing CNC machining operations, including automated production cells, PLC-driven equipment, multi-machine operations, and shop floor personnel
  • Experience leading manufacturing teams within a production environment consisting of approximately 20 machines and 18–20 employees
  • Proven success improving manufacturing KPIs including on-time delivery, throughput, quality, yield, productivity, and operational maintenance performance
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, fixturing, precision manufacturing operations, and proactive maintenance programs
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, developing, and holding manufacturing teams accountable to performance expectations
  • Experience utilizing ERP, MES, or production tracking systems

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 80k – 110k/year range
