Step into a high-precision afternoon on our fabrication floor
At 3:00 pm, you power up multiple CNC press brakes, review the day’s BOMs and blueprints, and plan your setups. You’ll dial in tooling, make program edits, and run first articles. Throughout the evening, you’ll inspect parts for accuracy, keep your area organized, and move materials with a forklift as needed—all while maintaining strict safety practices across departments. If challenges arise, you’ll recognize issues with flat patterns before or after forming and adjust accordingly. Your expertise with Amada (and familiarity with Dener) keeps production moving smoothly and to spec.
