What You'll Be Doing:

• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC Press Brake machines to produce top-notch parts.
• Ensuring every part is up to spec by following operation procedures and work instructions.
• Making necessary program adjustments to keep everything running smoothly.
• Choosing the right tooling for each job to guarantee part accuracy.
• Keeping meticulous records of production, including time, materials, and any scrap.
• Inspecting parts regularly to maintain quality standards.
• Performing preventative maintenance to keep machines in peak condition.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Lending a hand with other tasks around the shop when needed.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating CNC press brake machines.
• Knowledge of press brake tooling and various material types and thicknesses.
• Ability to use measuring gauges and calipers with confidence.
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Great communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Excellent time management to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent overhead lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with pushing and pulling tasks continuously.
