Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on CNC Parts Quality Specialist to oversee quality throughout our manufacturing process while serving as a technical resource for production, engineering, purchasing, and our customers. Small shop with world class product line, 33 years in business.
This is not a desk-only quality position. The majority of your day will be spent on the production floor working directly with machinists, inspecting parts, supporting manufacturing, interacting with vendors, and ensuring our products meet the high standards our customers expect.
The ideal candidate understands CNC machining, precision inspection, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes as applied to high tech stainless alloy's. You don't need to be an expert machinist, but you should understand how quality parts are produced on Swiss, mills and mill/turn machines, recognize when something isn't right, and communicate effectively with machinists, management and customers technical staff.

Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience, technical skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
