CNC Operators

Our client located in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for CNC Operators to join their team on both days and nights!

Your qualifications for the CNC Operator position are as follows:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of CNC experience required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Must be able to be on your feet throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently throughout the shift

• Temp to Hire position
• Full time rotating schedule 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
• Monday – Friday 8 hr/day schedule available
• $22-26/hour depending on skills and experience

For the CNC Operator your duties will include:

• Set up and operate various machines
• Use of calipers and tape measures
• Read and interpret prints
• Make adjustments as necessary
• Keep accurate and detailed paperwork
• Visual and dimensional inspections
• Troubleshoot problems/defects as needed
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines
• Maintain neat and clean work environment
