CNC Operator / Setup Machinist

Tsugami or Swiss setup/programming experience preferred

Pay: $20 - $32 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator / Setup Machinist to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC equipment in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards. Candidates with Swiss machining and/or Tsugami setup and programming experience are strongly preferred. 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines in a production environment
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
• Read blueprints and verify parts to print specifications
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machining or production issues as needed
• Maintain production quality and efficiency standards
• Support production runs while maintaining tight tolerances
• Work closely with production and quality teams

Qualifications

• CNC setup and operation experience required
• Tsugami/Swiss experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use micrometers/calipers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and production quality
