We are seeking Set Up / Operator candidates to produce machined parts, operate CNC machines, interpret technical drawings, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and perform quality checks on tools for machining
- Understand process sheets, drawings, and specifications
- Cut, prep materials, and meet schedule targets
- Perform non-CNC tasks like hand-work, inspections, and saw-cut operations
- Complete offsets and adjustments, maintain inventory, and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations
- Use inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and monitor machine operations
