Pay:
$24–$40/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Create and edit CNC programs for mills, lathes, or routers
- Use CAD/CAM software to generate tool paths
- Review prints, tolerances, and customer specs
- Improve cycle times and reduce scrap
- Support machinists with setup troubleshooting
- Maintain program revisions and documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years CNC programming experience
- CAD/CAM experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM, etc.)
- Knowledge of G-code / M-code
- Blueprint & GD&T knowledge
- Manufacturing mindset
Preferred:
- Multi-axis programming
- Tooling / fixture design experience
