CNC Operator/Machinist

We are hiring for:

CNC Machinist with Mazak CNC Experience/ CNC Machinist with Swiss Type CNC Experience


CNC Machinist

Operates and supports CNC machines producing high-precision medical device components. Responsible for running multiple machines, inspecting parts to tight tolerances, following established programs, and supporting daily production requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment.

·        Must-Have Requirements:

1. • 1–3 years CNC machining experience in a production environment

1. • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment

1. • Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances

1. • Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously

1. • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

1. Preferred Qualifications:
2. • Experience working in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
   • Experience assisting with machine setup and changeovers

Machine Concentration

Mazak Focus:

·        Experience with Mazak lathes or machining centers

·        Exposure to Mazak 5-axis mills or Integrex machines

Swiss Focus:

·        Experience with Star Swiss-style lathes

3. Shifts Available:

·        1^st Shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

·        2^nd Shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

·        3^rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:30 am

·        Weekend Shift: Three 12 hour shifts (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)
