We are seeking a CNC Operator/Grinder to produce high-quality precision tooling in a team-oriented environment.
Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6 AM-6 PM (36 hours pay for 40).
Training: 6 months, Monday-Friday, flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities include operating CNC machines, measuring and inspecting parts, interpreting blueprints, performing machine set-ups, entering data, and maintaining safety standards.
Work environment involves exposure to airborne particles and sharp tools, requiring PPE and safety precautions.
Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and specific vision abilities.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; mechanical aptitude and CNC training preferred.
Ideal candidates are organized, independent, detail-oriented team players with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation ranges from $22-$25/hr plus a $2/hr shift differential, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.
