About the Role:
We are seeking a skilledand detail-oriented Machine Operator / Fabrication Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision equipment and takes pride in producing high-quality parts and components. The right candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, press brakes, CNC routers, and laser cutters in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts to specification
  • Operate press brake equipment for bending and forming metal components
  • Run CNC routers and laser cutters for a variety of materials and applications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Perform basic machine programming, adjustments, and tool changes
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Experience operating CNC machines, press brakes, routers, and/or laser cutters
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Preferred (but not required):
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software
  • Knowledge of G-code programming
  • Background in metal fabrication or woodworking
  • Forklift certification
