Position Overview
The CNC Operator (Level 2 Weekend Shift) is responsible for operating CNC machines in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This CNC Operator (Level 2 Weekend Shift) role focuses on running machines, monitoring production, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal CNC Operator (Level 2 Weekend Shift) has prior CNC experience and is comfortable working independently without setup or troubleshooting responsibilities.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience operating CNC machines (required)
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing environments preferred
Ability to monitor production and ensure quality output
Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines to meet production requirements
Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met
Inspect parts and identify defects or inconsistencies
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform additional duties as assigned
Additional Information
Level 2 operator role (operation only no setup or troubleshooting required)
Weekend schedule: work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours
If fewer than 36 hours are worked, pay is based on actual hours worked
Interview required prior to placement
