What You'll Do
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for:

Operating CNC machines, casting equipment, and trim presses to meet production targets.
Inspecting parts for defects, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Following detailed work instructions, gauges, and setup sheets to properly calibrate machines.
Completing accurate production documentation and tracking work hours diligently.
Troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalating problems to maintenance when necessary.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
Using basic hand tools and assisting with routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
Supporting team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

An interest in manufacturing or CNC operations; previous experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and process documentation.
