Job Description
As a skilled manual Machinist with experience operating CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision machining, the ability to interpret blueprints and commitment to producing high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines according to job specifications and blueprints.
- Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
- Fabricates precision parts from metal, plastic fiber, aluminum, etc., using CNC machine tools such as lathes, and milling machines, adjusting machine settings, including speed, feed, and depth of cut.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, adjusting as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3years’ experience as a CNC Operator.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, geometric dimensions, and job specifications.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments and various hand tools.
- Be able to train on 1st Shift 45-60 Days
