Drive safe, efficient CNC production that meets tight specifications—every part, every time. You’ll lead operators and line inspectors, eliminate bottlenecks, and sustain a high‑performing, well‑organized line.

Impact You’ll Deliver
- Lead the CNC line and inspection team to achieve output, quality, and safety goals aligned with schedules and SOPs.
- Provide orientation, training, and ongoing coaching for department personnel.
- Model safe behaviors; ensure full adherence to safety requirements.
- Oversee quality performance and immediately correct deviations from spec.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management; participate in required meetings.
- Assign work to operators and rebalance as priorities shift.
- Uphold company rules and policies on the floor.
- Perform/assist with machine setups, tool changes, and basic program adjustments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure operators have needed tooling, setup sheets, and reference charts.
- Own 5S: keep the line audit‑ready with strong housekeeping and organization.
- During slow periods or downtime, redeploy the team to value‑adding tasks.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience or solid knowledge of CNC machining.
- Ability to work with CNC programming concepts and strong mathematics skills.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing shop environment with moving mechanical parts.
- Possible exposure to odors, noise, dust, heat, cold, and chemicals.
