    Description

is hiring on behalf of a well-established, ISO-certified medical device manufacturer in Hawthorne, CA. This is a rare opening for a working lead who wants to program, set up, run, and own the milling floor, not just manage from a distance.

Pave Talent is hiring for a precision medical device manufacturer in Hawthorne, CA that has been producing orthopedic implants, bone screws, and surgical components for over two decades. ISO 13485 certified, climate-controlled facility, and a team of experienced machinists who take their craft seriously. The company is growing fast and has more customer demand than it can currently keep up with.

You will lead the milling department day-to-day: writing programs from scratch, setting up jobs, running parts, and coaching the team around you. This is a hands-on working lead role, not a desk job. You will report directly to senior leadership and collaborate with design engineers on manufacturability, tooling selection, and process improvement.

The company machines titanium, stainless steel, and high-performance alloys to tolerances that would make most shops nervous. If tight tolerance work on life-saving orthopedic components is the kind of challenge that gets you out of bed, this is the right environment.
