Job Title: CNC Mill Operator
Job Summary
Seeking experienced CNC Mill Operators responsible for
setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision metal components. The ideal candidate will have experience with machine setup, reading blueprints, and using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to machine precision metal parts.
• Load programs, set tooling, and adjust offsets to ensure proper machine operation.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and
gauges.
• Perform first article and in-process inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
• Make machine adjustments and minor program edits as needed to maintain quality and
efficiency.
• Maintain machines, tooling, and work area in a safe and organized condition.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to support manufacturing goals.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of shop math and machining practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Salary Range: $25-$27hr DOE
Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm with OT
