-Operate CNC machinery according to work instructions and production schedules
-Load and unload aluminum and other metal materials
-Monitor machine operations and ensure safe, efficient performance
-Verify program settings and machine setup before production
-Inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other tools
-Perform in-process quality checks and report any issues
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace following safety standards
-Assist with basic machine maintenance and follow all safety procedures
-High school diploma or GED preferred
-Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
-Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC operations
-Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production documents
-Experience using measuring tools (calipers, tape measures)
-Strong attention to detail and quality standards
-Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
-Ability to stand for extended periods
-Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
-Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling
