CNC/Manual Machinist

As a valued member of our team, you’ll operate CNC machines and manual machining equipment to create high-quality metal parts, working closely with our skilled crew to bring unique projects to life. We believe in a friendly, supportive work environment where your ideas and expertise matter.

What You'll Do:

• Operate CNC machines, manual mills, and lathes to fabricate parts according to engineering drawings and specs.
• Select the right cutting tools and measuring instruments for each job.
• Work with precision and care to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve our processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in manual and CNC machining, including setup and operation, a plus.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications preferred.
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators, preferred.
• Experience with Fanuc controls and Mastercam is a plus.
• Experience machining steel, stainless steel, and aluminum preferred.
• Experience with short-run custom parts is a plus.
• Knowledge of machining safety practices preferred.
