- 2 years hands on CNC Machining and setup experience
- Experience with CAD/CAM software like Fusion or Mastercam is a plus
- Ability to read G-code
- Perform full setups and run precision production parts on mills, lathes, and multi axis machines.
- Read G-code to make independant program adjustments, tool wear updates, and offsets directly at the machine control panel
- Set proper tooling, speeds, feeds and cutting strategies
- Interpret complex blueprints (GD&T) and use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify high tolerances
Seeking a reliable CNC Machinest to join the production team. This is a traditional shop floor position focused on setting up equipment, running high-precision parts, and keeping production moving. In need of someone who can condidently handle daily setups, navigate machine controls, and make necessary edits or offsets at the machine panel when required.
