- Previous experience in Mazak Nexus 510C-II Vertical Center (Mazatrol controller) programming and set-up.
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience required.
- Familiarity with machinist tools and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Setup, operate, and maintain CNC mills.
- Experience with Mazatrol controller required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
- Load and unload equipment and materials.
- Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Log and record readings for equipment and procedures.
