CNC Machinist / Tool Grinder
Location: Skokie, IL
Pay: $28–$40/hour (based on experience) + overtime available + performance bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operate and program CNC tool grinders, including setup and resetting for drills and mills
  • Sharpen and recondition precision cutting tools to exact customer specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints to execute jobs accurately and efficiently
  • Work across a variety of tooling for metal, wood, and plastics applications
  • Share knowledge with team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work independently and manage your own workload with minimal supervision
  • Potential to take on a small team leadership role as the company grows
What You Bring
  • 5–10 years of experience in CNC Machinist is required
  • Tool grinding machining role is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of tooling and machine operation
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints
  • Self-sufficient, dependable, and ready to contribute from day one
  • Positive attitude, stable work history, and a team-first mindset
  • Polish language skills are a plus
  • Local candidates preferred
