CNC Machinist:

Self-Starter, experienced five-axis CNC machinist with a background in set up, and minor programming would be a plus. In addition, a candidate with a background working with Mori SeikiMoriseiki, Niigata, or Kitamura five-axis CNC machines would be highly considered.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work from drawings and tooling layout specifications.
  • Ability to Set up fixtures or pallets on Carasell.
  • Ability to understand programming code.
  • Ability to inspect parts "First Piece Inspection."
  • Ability to work with engineers during a prototype product introduction.
  • Ability to manage and maintain machine tools and fixtures.
  • Ability to focus on production demands.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experienced Multi Axis Lathes and Mills
  • Experienced Prototype development, Machining Troubleshooting
  • Ability to works with tight tolerances +/_ 0.0002
  • CNC set-up, operation & program edits

·Experience using Doosan Mills. Utilizing 4th axis rotary and 5th axis.

  • Understand, read and interpret blueprints, programs, and cam toolpath simulation. Keep work area 5s standardized.
