Responsibilities
Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
Perform regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
Collaborate with team members in a lean manufacturing environment to improve processes and reduce waste.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
Minimum 35 years of CNC 4-axis machining experience with a strong understanding of machining processes.
Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of milling machines and lathes.
Knowledge of tooling requirements for various machining tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
