We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery to produce precision components. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to interpret blueprints, and a commitment to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment)
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Load materials, install tooling, and adjust machine settings for optimal performance
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure parts meet required tolerances
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machining issues
- Edit basic CNC programs (G-code) as needed to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
