We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in a full-time, in-person role.
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precise components based on blueprints and technical drawings.
- Utilize CNC programming, CAM software, and CAD tools to create and modify machining programs for efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections with precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
- Conduct equipment maintenance and assist in tooling setup.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve processes using lean manufacturing principles.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Possess strong knowledge of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques.
- Operate forklifts safely and utilize hand and power tools as needed.
