Job Title: CNC Machinist

We are currently hiring MULTIPLE experienced CNC Machinists for a well-established industrial manufacturing and machine shop operation in the Midland area. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Machine parts to precise tolerances and quality standards
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustments
- Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tools
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines
Schedule:
- Full-time position

- Overtime available based on workload
