Seeking CNC machinist for a client in Glendale Heights, IL, for 6-month temporary to hire roles across all shifts:
1st Shift (7:00am-3:00pm), 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:00pm), and 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am).
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience operating CNC lathes and milling machines
- Ability to set up and run CNC machines independently
- Proficient in reading blueprints, GD&T, and using precision measuring tools
- Experience with CNC controls like Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma; basic G-code/M-code knowledge
- Experience machining carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Nice to have: multi-axis machine experience, programming skills, technical certifications.
