As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in our production process, with direct influence on the quality and efficiency of our output.

Responsibilities:

As our CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will extend beyond operating machinery. You will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, with duties that include:

1. Programming and setting up CNC machines to perform various functions such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
2. Understanding detailed mechanical drawings and executing the machining operations accordingly.
3. Conducting 1st article inspections to ensure that output meets the required standards.
4. Using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions of finished workpieces.
5. Utilizing G code and other programming languages to instruct CNC machine operations.
6. Performing regular maintenance on machines and tools, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
7. Collaborating with the team to improve production processes and enhance efficiency.
8. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about their craft. The successful candidate should have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in using and interpreting calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools.
3. Hands-on experience with CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
4. Expertise in G code programming and other relevant CNC machine languages.
5. A comprehensive understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
6. The ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
7. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
9. Good physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work for extended periods.
