CNC Machinist - Entry Level

Balance Staffing is seeking skilled and dependable CNC Machine Operators for a leading precision manufacturing company in Pinellas Park serving the aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial industries.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or other CNC machinery
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality production
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect parts
• Perform routine quality checks and document inspection results
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machine operation experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience in aerospace, medical, automotive, or precision machining environments preferred
