Operate CNC Lathes and Mills working with aluminum, plastic, and stainless steel to produce simple parts. Machines include Okuma 10SS, 12, and other models with multi-axis capabilities and bar feeders.
Responsibilities include in-process inspection, adjusting offsets, programming, reading blueprints, performing basic machine maintenance, and assisting with shop tasks like deburring. Maintain production documentation and follow safety protocols.
Requirements: 2+ years CNC machining experience, familiarity with G-code, GD&T, blueprint reading, and shop math. Experience with Okuma and Haas machines is a plus. Must pass OSHA 10 and a pre-employment drug screen.
Physical demands include lifting 30-50 pounds, standing for 10-12 hours, and repetitive work. The workplace provides anti-fatigue mats and stools. We are a drug-free workplace requiring compliance with drug testing policies.
