Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Ben Wheeler, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machines used to manufacture precision components.
The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up machinery, interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, and machining materials according to specifications. This role also involves performing quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards, following safety procedures, and assisting with routine equipment maintenance to maintain efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, program, and set up CNC machines to produce precision components.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
Perform machining and milling tasks according to detailed specifications.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure finished products meet established standards.
Maintain CNC equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Support routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
Experience operating and setting up CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
Strong machining and milling skills with the ability to produce precise components.
Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
Familiarity with industrial machinery and basic maintenance practices.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or machining certifications are an asset.
Experience in the automatic or manual door industry is considered a plus.
