o Work independently as well as in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision
o Develop skills and technical knowledge in manufacturing of tools
o Ensure that all responsibilities and functions performed are in accordance with company procedures and meet the quality standards in place
Position Qualifications:
The skills and qualifications required for this position include:
o Possess an aptitude to operate a variety of machines at a high level of accuracy
o At least two years of experience or educational equivalent with demonstrated skill improvement
o Good communication skills, both verbal and written
o Excellent attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed
o High school diploma or GED
o Must be able to lift 75lbs
