Job Details

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components.
Interpret blueprints, GD&T, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and first article inspections.
Monitor production while maintaining tight tolerances and exceptional quality standards.
Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and indicators.
Make tool wear adjustments and program edits at the machine when necessary.
Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
Work with aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other specialty metals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet customer deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience performing complete machine setups independently.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, Okuma, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controls.
Experience machining aerospace, medical, defense, automotive, or precision components preferred.
Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, workholding, and cutting parameters.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to maintain close tolerances while meeting production goals.
