Seeking a CNC Machinist for 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am) to set up and operate CNC Lathe and Mill machines for complex parts with tight tolerances. Responsibilities include tooling setup, establishing machine origins, inspecting parts, optimizing production, performing in-process inspections, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety compliance. Must have 4-7 years of CNC experience, blueprints reading skills, and attention to detail. Physical requirements include standing long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs. Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or journeyman certification preferred. The role involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with engineering and quality teams. Candidates must pass pre-employment screening and adhere to safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site position.
