TTI Machine is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with 1-2 years of hands-on experience. This is a machining role, not an operator position. The successful candidate will perform basic setups, programming tasks, and run parts from print to finished product.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic machine setups and operate CNC mills and lathes
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work from samples
Utilize precision inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.) to ensure parts meet specifications
Participate in programming, setup, and production of parts from start to finish
Maintain quality standards and minimize scrap
Work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Requirements
1-2 years of proven CNC machining experience
Basic understanding of machining fundamentals
Ability to perform basic machine setups independently
Proficient in reading blueprints and using inspection tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Doosan and Haas.
Experience with G-code editing or basic programming
